Health and safety

The health and safety of our employees is a top priority and our aim is for zero workplace accidents. Managers, employees and external partners receive training on a regular basis and all Essity facilities have plans in place to improve safety.

These express what is required of us all in order to develop Essity and are regularly followed up in employee surveys. Our “Beliefs & Behaviors” are supplemented by Essity’s Code of Conduct. Employees receive training in the Code on how we conduct our business in a responsible manner, which benefits the company, society and the environment.
